This easy, circular walk is about 4 miles (6.5 km) long and takes around 2 hours. It offers stunning views of the Somerset countryside, the Mendip Hills, and the Bristol Channel1. The walk starts at the top of Bleadon Hill and takes you through country lanes, rocky paths, and rural roads.
Bleadon Hill & Hellenge Hill Loop:
This intermediate hike is approximately 9.6 km long and takes about 2.5 hours. It offers a bit more challenge with some ascents and descents, but still accessible paths.
Brean Down Trig Point – The Palmerston Fort Loop from Brean:
This intermediate hike is around 10.9 km long and takes about 2.5 hours. It offers beautiful coastal views and historical sites along the way.
Marine Lake – Prince Consort Gardens Loop from Uphill:
This intermediate hike is approximately 9.65 km long and takes about 2.5 hours. It offers lovely views of the Marine Lake and gardens.
