Our founders created *Feel You Retreats* to offer people the time and space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a serene and beautiful atmosphere. We recognize that both physical and mental wellbeing are key to a healthy life, and they require practice, dedication, and self-care.

 

Our retreats are like no other - designed not to change your body but to transform your outlook on life and the way you see yourself. We focus on balance, guiding you toward harmony in mind, body, and soul.

 

Each day, you'll wake up to morning mobility, mindset work, and yoga, followed by a nutritious breakfast curated by our nutritionist. Your day will include time to relax in our spa, along with yoga sessions, massages, Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and outdoor activities like hiking or beach walks. Our meals are balanced, delicious, and tailored to nourish your body. And if you wish, we might even encourage you to enjoy a glass of bubbly in the hot tub as the day winds down.

 

We offer a retreat experience unlike any other. Life is for living, and we’re here to show you how to feel stronger, fitter, and healthier - both mentally and physically - while embracing balance.
